What’s the dress code?
Dress Code: Italian Chic | Formal | Dress to Impress
Amalfi elegance meets cathedral romance — think tailored suits, statement dresses, and a touch of “La Dolce Vita.” Dress to impress in colors that complement spritzes and sunsets (yes, lemons included)
How do I get from Naples to Amalfi? (See travel page)
⛴️ Option 1: Direct Ferry from Naples to Amalfi
• Ferry Operators: NLG and Alilauro offer direct ferries from Naples to Amalfi
• Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• Cost: €20–€30 one-way.
• Departure Points: Molo Beverello in Naples.
⸻
🚖 Option 2: Private Transfer or Taxi (preferred option)
• Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours.
• Cost: €120–€200, depending on company
• Convenience: Offers door-to-door service, ideal for groups or those with heavy luggage.
⸻
🚗 Option 3: Driving Yourself
• Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours.
• Considerations: The Amalfi Coast’s narrow, winding roads can be challenging. Parking is limited and expensive.
⸻
🚍 Option 4: Long-Distance Bus via Salerno (would be a good option for guests wanting to travel to Salerno beforehand!)
• Route: Naples → Salerno → Amalfi.
• Duration: Approximately 2.5–3 hours.
• Cost: Budget-friendly, but less convenient due to transfers.
⸻
• Book in Advance: Especially during the high season, transportation options can fill up quickly.
• Check Schedules: Ferry and bus schedules may vary; always verify times before traveling.
• Travel Light: Navigating the Amalfi Coast’s steep streets is easier with minimal luggage.
